Chestnut Chocolate Brownies

(Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 750g chestnuts, boiled & peeled
  • 250g butter
  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 125g raw caster sugar

Method

1. Melt chocolate with butter in bowl over simmering water (or microwave).

2. Beat eggs with sugar. Process boiled peeled chestnuts in food processor until a fine meal is produced.

3. Combine all ingredients and pour into a lamington tray lined with baking paper.

4. Bake at 170°C for 25-30 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
